Simple prints, spots of colour, from an ancient, nevertheless new, style

Simple prints, spots of colour, from an ancient, nevertheless new, style. The artistic distance of Carlo Carnevali is marked by performance, in Italy and abroad, realised by visual representation which symbolises moments, the synthesis of a period. Carlo explains: "To paint a picture with significance, a loving relationship must be established every time with it, so that as such it is constantly constructed, enriched, fed". Since the earliest works, essentially figurative, something emerged that would later on become the peculiar characteristic of a style that does not specifically represent current contemporary painting. Its art contains several elements, in particular that they recover/represent abstractionism, to the conceptual one and the poor art, but with a personal and exclusive character. After the figurative period, the research work is oriented towards the study of the essence of the matter through a patient job of deconstruction and reconstruction. This process relies on the awakening of emotions and provocation of feelings from the use of simple materials arranged and combined, from the force of the colours that manifest a vision of the subjective and original.
